Large, curled black warped faces with appearance reminiscent of roofing tile, with shiny surface (from greasy to vitreous luster); underside rougher, but with more prominent, tiny rhombohedrons (perhaps 2 mm across); some angles make obivous the transparent calcite dominated by the black boulangerite core
