From your account page, click on the Analytics link. This brings up a list of "Website Profiles". Click on the Edit link on the right to update a profile. There are a couple of simple settings in the profile configuration that can prevent one page being treated as many.

First, make sure you set a Default Page so that www.bignerdranch.com and www.bignerdranch.com/index.html are not treated as separate pages.

Second, unless your query string parameters truly represent different pages that you want to track, make sure that you provide a comma-separated list of parameter names under "Exclude URL Query Parameters".
